Our team continually provides timely and accessible support services to the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding neighbourhoods where our services are needed. Our highly qualified, motivated and experienced staff members are available for a variety of shift opportunities and schedules.

The quality of care we provide matters most to us and we hold ourselves to the utmost standard. In order to provide the highest level of service, we must recruit, hire and train only the best caregivers. Each of our dedicated staff is a professional in their field and has the experience and qualifications to assist our clients with every aspect of their customized care plan.

All of our support workers require:

• A valid CPR and First Aid Level C certification
• A valid Social Insurance Number
• A valid Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification or valid Safe Management Group certification
• Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour (UMAB) training
• Possession at least one Certificate/Degree in Personal Support Worker (PSW), Developmental Services Worker (DSW), Child and Youth Worker (CYW), and/or Social Service Worker (SSW)
• A strict adherence to Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
• Eligibility to work in Canada and valid photo identification
• A minimum of 3 professional references
• A criminal record check
• Vulnerable Sector Screening (Less than 6 months)
• A recent medical report
